A non-refundable fee is charged for the registration of applications. Following acceptance, a desk fee is required to secure a place in the school. This money is used at the discretion of the Head to improve the educational environment at the school. 

Children are only accepted into ECD-B in the year in which they turn five, and only if they are assessed as having reached the required level of maturity.

Admittance to any grade is conditional upon the passing of an entrance assessment for that grade.

Acceptance of a child does not automatically guarantee admittance of a sibling.

It is also a condition of acceptance that both parents and pupils agree to abide by school rules.

On offer of a place, parents are asked to sign a contract with the school and an indemnity form. At this time the school should be notified of any serious allergies or medical problems from which the child may suffer.

Parents of pupils transferring from another school are required to produce a current clearance certificate from that school.
